I started using oil on the counter and on my hands after all the flour was kneeded in. This works like a charm!!! I also oil the bowl that I let it rise in so it falls out nicely.

I've also found that I like to use at least half of the recipe for rolls. I can make 4 dozen with the whole recipe, or 2 dozen and 2 loaves of bread. Just oil your hands to make the rolling easier. YUM! Butter the tops when they are done cooking.Hhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17889554974006623288noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-383519761594164656.post-42187679058634446332008-09-15T12:54:00.000-07:002008-09-15T12:54:00.000-07:00Now I just need your orange chocolate chip cookie ...Now I just need your orange chocolate chip cookie recipe. We mixed most of it in the bowl with a spoon which you can't do with most bread doughs. (And by "we", I mean me and Tasha)

It doesn't sound easy, it is easy.
